Request for Statement of Qualifications
To Perform Architectural Services
The Richland County Transit Board (RCTB) is seeking Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified
architect consultants to provide Architectural Design Services for the projects below in accordance with
RFQ specifications, which are available in the RCTB office, 19 N. Main Street, Mansfield, Ohio 44902, and
linked below.
RFQ 26-01: RCTB painting project
RFQ 26-02: RCTB flooring project
The RCTB will receive SOQs at the RCTB office, 19 N. Main Street, Mansfield, Ohio 44902, until 4 p.m. on
7-24-26. SOQs received after that time will not be accepted. A contract will be awarded on the basis of the
Brooks Act and ORC Section 153.65 Qualification Based Selection procedures.

Q. If known, what is the anticipated schedule for bidding and construction of this painting project?
A. Our goal is to have the painting project completed during this year's painting season and paid before the end of 2026. Other than that, we can be flexible on the bidding and construction dates.

prior to the execution of an agreement:
