LEGAL NOTICE

Sealed bids will be received by Richland County Transit Board (“Owners”) as provided in this notice for the Richland County Transit Administrative Office + Bus Garage Exterior Painting (the “Project”). Printed and electronic copies of the contract documents are available from RB Print Shop at 163 Trimble Road, Mansfield, OH 44906, info@rbprintshop.com, 419 524 2781.

 

Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to Richland County Transit Board, Attn: Jean Taddie, 19 North Main Street, Mansfield, OH 44902 and plainly marked on the outside "RCT Administrative Office + Bus Garage Exterior Painting Bid." Bids will be received until 4:00 pm local time, on Thursday, October 8th, 2026.

All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Davis-Bacon prevailing wage rates apply. No Bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the bid opening; the Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities, to reject any or all bids, and to conduct such investigation as necessary to determine bidder responsibility.
