Call for Projects \ 2026-2027 Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP)

Following the required phases in project development process, MPO/RCRPC is now accepting applications for transportation planning funding requests through the 2026-2027 Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) under the FY2027 Overall Work Program (OWP).  The UPWP provides federal funds for transportation planning activities undertaken by MPO, its member agencies, and municipalities throughout the RCRPC MPO Study Region.

The deadline for submitting your project application to MPO RCRPC is January 15, 2026.
