Call for Projects / 2025-2026 Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP)

 

Following the required phases in project development process, MPO/RCRPC is now accepting applications for transportation planning funding requests through the 2025-2026 Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) under the FY2026 Overall Work Program (OWP).  The UPWP provides federal funds for transportation planning activities undertaken by MPO, its member agencies, and municipalities throughout the RCRPC MPO Study Region. 

 

For MPO communities who are interested, you can download the details about Project Eligibility, the UPUP project selection process, and the Application Form from the link provided below.  The deadline for submitting your project application to MPO RCRPC is January 15, 2025.  Please feel free to reach out to Mr. Pong Wu, Transportation Technical Director, if you have any questions regarding the MPO annual transportation funds for project study and plan.
