Land Use Planning

The Richland County RPC is responsible for the development and administration of the Richland County Subdivision Regulations. The Commission also provides assistance, advice and recommendations to municipalities and townships concerning their zoning and subdivision matters. Special projects arise from time to time such as the development of Stormwater Management and Erosion Control Regulations for Richland County and the preparation of a Farmland Preservation Plan.
