Community Resources

Aerial photos: Aerial photographs of all of Richland County have been taken approximately every 5 years since 1963.

Maps: The Planning Commission maintains an up-to-date file of maps for it's planning efforts. These include reproducible base maps for the County, and its cities, villages and townships at various scales along with other informational maps. The implementation of a Geographic Information System (GIS) has greatly enhanced the Commission's mapping and aerial photo capabilities.

Traffic counts: Traffic count data is maintained for many Richland County roads and intersections.

Demographics: As an affiliate of the Ohio Data Users Center, the RCRPC insures that U.S. Census materials are accessible to individuals in communities and that assistance is available in interpreting the data.

Zoning and subdivision regulations: The Planning Commission maintains up-to-date zoning documents and maps for all of Richland County's zoned cities, villages and townships.
