Richland County Regional Planning Commission New High Crash Report Draft Each year, RCRPC updates the High Crash Report for the latest 3 year window.  Of special interest is changes between years.  Traffic engineers can analyze if their treatments like a change in markings, signs or a signal have improved a hazard.  When a location jumps in rank, the analysts try to determine what changed to cause the increase in crashes.  Working to improve safety is an important aspect of the RCRPC mission.
